Best Rate Guarantee

When you book directly with us, you are guaranteed the best-available rate for your stay. If you find a lower published rate prior to, or within 24 hours of, booking, we’ll happily honor the confirmed lower hotel rate.*

*Does not include packaged rates or reservations booked via opaque or auction sites.

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel by 3pm, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Reservations with pre-paid rates and other limited exclusions will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Guarantee Policy

Reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card which is valid on the day of arrival. Please note, special event dates may have modified deposit and cancellation policies. These rate specific policies will be noted in the price breakdown & policies section. A government issued photo ID will be required at time of check-in.

Pet Policy

Pets are always welcome at The Loren Hotel Austin.

TAXES & FEES

Room rates are subject to the following nightly fees:

Hotel Occupancy Tax of 17.00% per night

State Recovery Fee of $3.00 per night

Daily Destination Amenity Fee of $35.00 which includes:

• Complimentary premium Wi-Fi through the property
• In-room Nespresso machine
• 24-hour fitness center access with Peloton and Hydrow
• Use of electric MOD bikes (based on availability)
• Sustainable Boxed Water
• EV charging stations
• Access to rooftop pool
• Access to The Loren’s private art exhibition space, Paggi House
• Access to complimentary test drive vehicles provided through the Destinations by Lexus program

GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Gift cards are valid for hotel accommodations and dining excluding meetings and events for 10 people or more
• Gift cards can be used in conjunction with any current promotion at any time
• Gift cards do not expire, and no dormancy fees apply
• Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be resold
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law
• The Hotel may (but is not required to) replace lost or stolen hotel Credit codes if you present proof of purchase and the hotel Credit code has not been used
• No blackout dates or similar restrictions apply to the redemption of the gift card
