Cafe Collaboration: Breads Bakery

We are thrilled to welcome back Manhattan's beloved Breads Bakery to Cafe at The Loren this February and March. The acclaimed bakery, whose Israeli-inspired creations have become NYC staples, will bring its artisanal breads and pastries for a special two-month residency. Founded by Gadi Peleg, Breads Bakery has garnered numerous accolades, including "Best NY Chocolate Babka" from New York Magazine and "Best Baguette in NYC" from French Morning. The bakery was also recently featured on Martha Stewart's "Martha Cooks" TV series, where they collaborated to create the exclusive Martha's Good Thing Babka.

Starting Feb. 1, Cafe at The Loren will feature Breads Bakery's signature items, including their renowned Chocolate Babka, Chocolate Rugelach and Cinnamon Rolls. An assortment of their specialty cakes and cookies will also be available, including the Life Gives You Lemons Cake, Banana Chocolate Chip Cake and Black and White Cookie. For a limited time, the cafe will serve Breads Bakery’s exclusive Valentine’s Day treat, Roselach, a soft, flaky rugelach made with rosewater. 

A portion of proceeds will support The Loren Roots Imperative, a nonprofit dedicated to offsetting the carbon footprint of development.
